  • Client Questionnaire

    After purchasing your package, you will receive a link to a virtual questionnaire so I can learn all about you and your project vision. You will also be able to send me your room measurements and inspiration photos.

  • Design Creation

    This is the fun part! I will create and submit your virtual design to you through your private portal. Your design may include a floor plan and custom design board, depending on your chosen package.

  • Final Product Delivery

    After you have approved your design, your portal will be full of all the good stuff- your final floor plan, custom design board, shopping links to all featured products on your design, and any other helpful hints to make your design come to life!

FAQs

What is working with an E-Designer like? 

As the title, says the E-Design process is done almost entirely on-line, saving clients both money and time.  It allows you to walk away with the same result as an in-person designer, but with less of the hassle.  I will provide you with the best customer service, because I really want to get to know you before designing your space.  Our process will start with a comprehensive questionnaire and access to your own private portal.  Communication is a breeze, as we can text, chat on the portal, exchange emails and idea images. and hop on a call if needed.  Throughout the process, my job is to create a space for all of your favorite memories-  all within your timeline and budget.

How long will my design take to create?

A typical full room design can be delivered within in three week time frame.  This can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.  If you are working within a specific time window, be sure to include that on your client questionnaire and I will be happy to try to accommodate your deadline.

What is the design style of aerin interiors?

This is hardest question for me to answer because I really do believe that authentic design transcends the buzz words we use to describe design styles.  I think our design taste is ever evolving as we see more and experience new things.  I love visiting boutique hotels for this reason- they give such great inspiration and often bring new ideas into my repertoire. 
But if you forced me into it, I would probably say that my personal design style is a bit minimalistic with a reverence for history and natural materials.   My core philosophy is that luxury lives in simplicity!

Do you work with well-known retailers?

Yes!  My favorite part of the E-Design process is providing you with a sources shopping list to my (and probably your) favorite furniture and decor retailers.  Since you are provided with direct shopping links, there is no mark up involved.  I do my best to find the perfect pieces for your space at the best price points.

Can I keep some of my existing pieces in the design?

Yes, please!  I love authentic design that incorporates a blend of the old and new.  Since this design centers around you and your family, you probably have some things you love already.  Let’s showcase those things that tell your story!

What if I’m not happy with my design?

No worries!  Sometimes I wont get it just right on the first try, and that’s ok!  My packages offer several revisions so we can be sure you walk away with a design that makes you happy.
